Account#
Do I need an account?
No. When you open the game your captain is made at once, tied to this device. To reach it again after changing phones or deleting the game, link it to a Google or Apple account in Settings.
Can I lose my progress?
Your progress is kept on the server. If your captain is linked to a Google or Apple account, sign in with it on another device and carry on where you left off.
What makes a valid captain name?
3–16 characters: letters, digits, spaces, _ and -. Another captain's name, profanity, insults and names posing as the game's crew are refused.
How do I delete my account?
In the game from Settings › Delete account, or at tidebreaker.com.tr/delete-account. Deleting is permanent.
Purchases#
Is the game free?
Yes. Crystal packs and offers are optional; you also earn crystals from ads, quests, achievements and sea monsters. Gold and crystals
My crystals didn't arrive.
Purchases are granted by the server once the store confirms them; if the connection dropped, they complete when you come back. If they still haven't arrived, write to us from the in-game support desk or at info@kayrasoftware.com.
What about my purchases on a new phone?
What you buy goes to your captain. If your captain is linked to a Google or Apple account, it is with you on the new phone too.
Play#
Where can other players attack me?
Nowhere in the Emerald Isles. In the Northern Ice Sea (Lv 20) and the Fire Isles (Lv 35) outside the harbor waters. The harbor is always safe.
Do I lose anything when I sink?
No. Repair for free in the harbor or revive on the spot. Beginner's guide
What if I quit in the middle of a fight?
Leave in the middle of a fight and your ship stays at sea 20 seconds more and can still be sunk: leaving is no escape.
Are wandering captains real players?
No, they are the game's own captains and carry a compass 'Wanderer' tag over their name. Wandering captains
My connection dropped. What now?
The game reconnects by itself after short drops and your ship is held for a few seconds. If it takes longer, reopen the game; your progress is kept on the server.
Chat and community#
What are the chat rules?
You accept the rules the first time you open the chat: Abuse, harassment, hate speech, sexual content and spam are not allowed, with zero tolerance. Players who break the rules are muted or removed from the game. Tap a name in the chat history to block or report a player, or target a ship with an offensive name and tap ⚑.
How do I block or report someone?
Tap their name in the chat or their ship at sea; block or report them from the captain card that opens. Friends, chat and invites

Which languages does the game speak?
