Friends, chat and invites

Adding friends, private messages, chat rules, blocking and reporting, invite code rewards.

Friends#

  • Add a captain as a friend by their name or id, or tap their name in the chat or their ship and send a request from their card.
  • Once accepted, you each see the other's level, whether they are at sea (and which sea) or when they were last seen.
  • You can have up to 100 friends and up to 20 requests waiting at once.
  • You can get a phone notification when a friend sets sail; turn it off in the game's notification settings.

Private messages#

Friends can write to each other privately. The last 50 lines of each conversation are kept for 7 days; older ones are deleted.

Chat and rules#

There is the open chat with everyone at sea, your fleet's own channel and the announcements tab. The first time you open the chat you accept its rules:

Invite code#

Every captain has a 6-character invite code and an invite link. A new captain can enter it within 7 days of starting.
